Guest guest
Howdy, folks. Had my second ultrasound yesterday. Didn't realize how concerned they were with the first one (three weeks ago) until I saw how happy and relieved they were with the second one! The baby is now 15.5mm long, heart beating strongly (was pretty slow last time), and I could see a head, arm buds & leg buds, and even the spine forming in one shot! Tried to get her to take a picture of my heart-shaped uterus this time, but she didn't do it. The baby is implanted on my left horn -- not on any residual septum. Now, I just have to hang in there until January when I can see the peri and find out if I'm going to have lots of bedrest in my future or not (with a formerly ruptured uterus, it's likely). I could also stand to follow some stress management techniques -- I gave myself a migraine worrying about this US. Ultrasound pics are in my folder (Photo Albums: PG Ultrasounds: BU/SU 's US), if you're interested in that sort of thing. BU/SU (removed), and rupture 2 losses (2wks and 20wks) Pregnant 8wks 1 day
