LOL--I hate 7-up, so that wouldn't be good. I use regular (well caffeine free) Coke. That seems to cut the sinus drainage that's hanging at the back of my throat, and the carbonation helps me burp which seems to help, too. Ain't I classy? LOL

For some reason eating doesn't seem to affect this nausea one way or the other. I'm 99% sure it's the sinus infection.

My body is just turning on itself....all the usual, plus last week the UTI, this week my chronic sinus problems turning acute. Actually the sinuses probably started flaring awhile ago, but since I always have some drainage it's hard to tell when to contact the Doc with it. I'm to stay on the Rhinocort for at least 6 months, so maybe I'll get some relief from the chronic stuff. When they did my last MRI (2002) they were doing it for other reasons, but did note sinus disease in my right side nasomaxillary and ethnoid sinuses, but that's just been there as long as I remember.

How are you holding up with all the atmospheric changes?

Yeah I turned 44 this year. Telling my age doesn't borther me anymore. lol I had two c-section and when I was 30 I had everything taken out. So yeah its sorta expected with the stress incontinence, especially since Mom & her sisters and Granny all have it. Plus since I'm not on any hormones I get the thinnning of the vaginal walls and have bacterial infections alot. sigh!! I'm on some med right now for the infection and it was over $40 for 3 days worth. whew, it darn well better work. lol
