Guest guest
Another question...I hope you don't tire of me. The neurologist did not have the MRI films ready for our last appointment, and I would really like to avoid another 5 hours on the road. He has informed us that we need to take this up with radiology at the hospital which performed the procedure(his offices are located on the 3rd floor of this hospital). Radiology says they need signed consent from us to release the films, and I'm pretty sure they are going to say they are not in the business of sending them through the mail. Considering past experience and the advice of many of you wonderful people, I WILL have those films in hand for the meeting with the neurosurgeon(that will be a 6 hour drive, one way). Any suggestions on how to persuade these folks to send those films to me?...I'm sure BCBS and we will be paying dearly for them. Thanks Again..Remember me?.....Frustrated
