I arrive á conclusion that was a bless (lololo) and then I want to transmit my gratitudes to two Doctors: First my family Doctor (that made all efforts for the medical specialists they will give a name for my illness ) and the following the my Neurologist(first time ,he said -You have Polimyosite!!.
