Guest guest
This statement is very strange (below) by Dr. Geier: " Eli Lilly who has just come out with a new drug (Strattera) for the treatment of autistic spectrum disorders " I have ONLY seen this drug being specifically promoted for use in ADD/ADHD individuals. This is the first time I've heard someone say that it is being used to treat ASD as it's foremost target. At least that is how Dr. Geier's statement is being interpreted. I find that interesting. I have been reading alot about this new drug Strattera, and I am including 2 links here in my post. But I have not read anywhere that Strattera is for ASD. His comment seems a bit misleading. http://www.keepkidshealthy.com/medicine_cabinet/strattera_for_adhd.html http://www.strattera.com/cnt_whatis_s/index.html Roxanne ~ ********************************************************************** nhokkanen wrote: > " Eli Lilly who has just come out with a new drug (Strattera) for the > treatment of autistic spectrum disorders has estimated its drug will > be of use to 5 to 7% of the current U.S. childhood population!
