sorry but so so so fustrated.....

everyone, every " body " every diabetic is so different, so if it does not pertain

to you, then just delete and don't make it sorry dave, but I knew I would get a

respond like this, but what the heck...

someone out there may enjoy it

Peanut butter cookie (no sugar)

There is no table sugar in this but loaded with lots of other sugars and

carbs. See if you can spot them. This one might assume is from a previous

era when no added table sugar meant it was diabetic.

More important, there is no carb info which makes it meaningless for a

diabetic to make a judgement on trying it.

Peanut butter cookie (no sugar)

Ingredients:

1 c Creamy peanut butter

1 c Frozen concentrated apple juice (thawed-but no water added)

1 ts Vanilla extract

1 c Whole wheat flour (sifted)

I probably would enjoy it in moderation. I am a peanut butter nut and I

know that the apple juice has its own natural sugar. I do not think a

couple peanut butter cookies will make much of a difference in my life after

having been drinking a half gallon of regular pop for several years of my

life. I started down the right road when I quit just that one item.
