Although you almost never see it without the qualifier " rice " (sorghum can also be malted and is used in gluten free beers). Fwd: gluten free Fellow Silly Yaks...does this reply from Lundberg make sense? Malt isn't gluten free but they claim their product is gluten free. I'm confused.
