Guest guest
Just wanted to clear any confusion there may be. Yes we are mostly a lupus support group but just because you don’t have it does not mean you can not be a member. I am thankful to have anyone who is just interested in learning all there is to know about Lupus be a member. I am happy for those of you who don’t have this dreaded disease. There are so many of us with lupus that also have several other autoimmune diseases that and I try to cover them all. Fibromyalgia is an autoimmune disease that most lupus patients end up with but they tend to get it secondary to the lupus which I have read and learned can be worse than just having the Fibro by itself. A lot of the secondary auto immune diseases us Lupies get due to the lupus tend to be worse than just having the other disease by itself. (Hope I am making sense here) ’s website has a lot of informative information pertaining to the other diseases many of us have and we welcome those of you who don’t have Lupus but may have one of the other autoimmune diseases out there. If ever you want info on whatever disease just feel free to ask or myself or the group as a whole. One of us will get you answers and usually more than you were hoping for J Hope this clears any confusion there may be. Much Love, Deanna LUPUS Serenity Prayer... Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of doctors I shot when they said, You're perfectly healthy, it's all in your head "
