Can we please go on to a different subject??? From a personnel view, all cert's are the same, it doesn't matter if your fire based or EMS, we are all under the same authority in Texas. From business and general points of view, one service views their EMTs/Paramedics as nothing more than employees that should work harder for less compensation while the other view has a defined career path.
