Hi Anne - I have read that magensium supplements should always be given

before about 4 pm, as they can upset sleep patterns otherwise (and therefore

I wondered about REM sleep etc, and the possibility of increased sleep

seizures) - since I started following this advice - it has turned out to be

a bit of a pain, the spacing I was doing before with his meals (including at

dinner) was working well. Now I'm kinda cramming them into the day, along

with the other ones. Do you follow this, no magnesium supplement after 4

pm, - or give some before bed?
