To from Carol... was....Weight loss diets????

, Ralph and I joined the YMCA in our town on 31 and 1 of Jan they have a free joining you only have to pay the monthly fees and you get to use the Y... I love the water arobics class. They have a senior water arobics and I have to go into the deep water so that I don't stress my joints.. I hate when We get a new life guard that tells me to go in the shallow in so that I will get more out of the exersise.. And I just look at her and say... I can't do it.. It causes more pain in my joints then they try to act like they know what is best for me.... UGGGGGGGHHHHHH.....

But I do that and weight watchers.. and I do loose a little not a lot but any weight loss or even stop the weight gain.. I Know I stopped going to the senior arobics and weight watchers and I put back on 30 lbs that I have lost plus some more.. So I'm going to start it back up... Plus it keeps the doctors from fussing about my weight when I tell them I go to the Y a couple times a week and Ralph is going to start going with me in the evenings. He wants to use the bicycle and tread mill to see if he can drop some weight and get his Blood sugar down...

I wish I did have some ideas for you. 'Cause they would help me too! I am trying so VERY hard to lose weight. I've gained 70 pounds in the last few years and hate it more than anything. Just don't give up trying. We can fight it together and try to keep each other encouraged!
