However, so far, I haven't managed to be real successful at doing that on a continual basis. I do take zelnorm 6 mg twice a day. I've been on it since shortly after being diagnosed with liver disease. I think I started taking it around January 03. It does help a lot, just not enough. Guest guest Posted January 29, 2004 Report Share Posted January 29, 2004 , If the Zelnorm doesn't continue working like it should, I am going to start taking 1 tablespoon of Molasses mixed with a little water and increase to 2 tablespoons if I need to.
