I have been having Braxton Hicks - lots! It feels like a tightening, but it

doesn't hurt. Your post is making me feel better, reading about your being

okay with a scheduled c-section, because I just found out my OB wants to

schedule me to induce labor on Dec. 30. I'll just be 39 weeks. I was

hoping that my baby would make her entrance on her natural birthday. But,

I've been so lucky this far. I hate to push my luck. My OB says he thinks

we are playing a risky game letting me carry her so long with my history. I

was beginning to feel like a normal pregnant person. I even got to come off

bed rest after my cerclage was removed. I took a walk, today, in the rain!

It was so nice to walk out the door after being on bed rest, and just walk

down the street! But, I will do what my OB says. I'm lucky that I'm going

to get a baby! It's still sinking in that I'm actually going to be bringing

my baby home with me from the hospital this time! So, unless I go into

labor this week, my baby's birthday will be Dec. 30th. We're naming her

Ellen Frances after my DH's grandmother. We'll call her Frannie.

Thanks for your support, and everyone else's too!
