Guest guest
Hi all, We're trying our first round of ALA-only chelation, after having done some rounds w/DMSA in the past. Should ALA be given separately from minerals or can I give them together? Also, it seems like I remember reading about getting headaches w/ALA--is it okay to give Motrin w/ALA. My son complained of a mild headache on and off, but it doesn't seem too bad. He's been a bit unfocused and silly, but he also went hiking in the woods w/his cousin today. This is something he would not ordinarily do. Overall, not a bad day. Thanks, Kat

Not sure if that was coincidental or what. Also, it seems like I > remember reading about getting headaches w/ALA--is it okay to give > Motrin w/ALA. For myself, headaches were usually associated with yeast [or eating a few foods, which would not coincide with giving ALA]. Dana

Give when it is most convenient for you. > Also, it seems like I > remember reading about getting headaches w/ALA--is it okay to give > Motrin w/ALA. For some people that is headaches. Moria
