Guest guest
My daughter is on a 3.5:1 ratio It is hard to get the Keto and or Atkins products to work because of the high protein count The Keto Ice Cream mix --adding just cream but very little mix--can be adjusted easily to a high ratio I am not sure how much of a slant of protein you are using I just know, even a little cereal, a few low carb soy crisps, a 1/2 slice of low carb depot bread (Atkins has a higher protein count--low carb bread has equal carbs and protein)--any different foods and " crunchy " " REAL " looking foods are worth it!! The Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup--no carbs-no sugar--tastes great on the cheesecakes and cream cheese muffins Otherwise, a high ratio can be worked into the Macadamia muffins and cream cheese muffins I posted Even the " brownie " muffins someone posted (my daughter likes the recipe with the ground almonds) Smoothies--posted a while ago--is definitely a high ratio I freeze them into " popsicles " And they are a complete meal I make " waffles " --with a waffle iron--that are very convincing--and freeze well when you need make-ahead meals I use cashew-macadamia butter--if you want some numbers and ingredients --I can send a 3.5:1 ratio And with sugar free syrup-- and butter--they are a quick and tasty meal Pancakes made with cream cheese work well I try to make as many meals that are " mixed " together and complete meals so she does noy have to always drink the cream or eat the mayo-etc.. Have fun calculating and cooking--some days I am sooo consumed with the computer and trial and error with the recipes, I feel like nothing else gets done!!
