Bernadette,

I do not know the answer to your question, I do know my son, who struggles

with mercury issues, has the same type of thing going on. I look forward to

reading some responses to this...I was told it may have to do with heavy metals

but I cannot remember which ones.

Hi,

My hands and feet are constantly falling asleep, even at night. It keeps

me awake. I know I have low blood pressure, 90/58, but I have never

heard this discussed. Is this an adrenal problem?

Thanks

Bernadette

I was having the same problem. I read that this could be caused by a

magnesium deficiency. I added 500 mgm. of magnesium supplements

daily. After a couple of days the symptoms were gone. It's worth a

try.

I would love to know the answer to this also. My arms fall

asleep. I have low BP also. I'm not sure if it is a problem

with my body or the way that I sleep (on my arms).

This is a sign of vitamin B toxicity. Do you use high dose vitamin B?

It can also be magnesium and/or zinc deficiency.

Hi Dana,

I had been taking Vitamin B complex, 50 mg, for about two weeks and

have discontinued with no improvement. The really odd thing is it began

when my doctor advised me to do a gluten and casein free diet. I then

used a tiny bit of coconut oil in place of butter, about a half

teaspoon. Two days later the problem started. I don't know if it is a

coinicidence. I stopped the CO today, and hope to see some improvement.

I do take zinc and magnesium, a multimineral drink from Women's

International Pharmacy. I take 7 drops of zinc and 10 drops of mag in a

glass of water once a day. And a cal/mag before bed which is 1000/500

mg. Should I increase? THey say if you have too much you the drink will

start tasting bad to you. So far it doesn't, so perhaps I need more?

It's really frustrating. My doctor thinks it is Raynauds, but the

symptoms don't fit. If any part of my body is touching something, that

part will fall asleep. Accupuncture did help but it didn't last long. Mt

temp went to normal and my BP went up to 100/60. Only lasted a day,

sigh. Hopefully chelation will help. I want to start over Thanksgiving

weekend when I am home from work, in case I get sick.

Thanks for responding,

Bernadette

It takes about 3-4 days, altho drinking lots of water can help it go faster.

Has it been that long?

Coconuts help with viral die off, which can be a cause. Hopefully you will

notice improvement, but if you do, consider not only that you

might not tolerate coconut, but that you might have a viral issue. There are

other ways to handle that tho, if you want to.

Depends on how much of these you are taking. I can't tell just by the term

" drop " .

I have heard that for zinc. For magnesium, too much causes diarrhea.

What about your potassium levels?

I had low BP and low temp for a loooooooong time. Pregnancy helped LOL

This sounds like a good plan. Start very slowly tho. Good luck.

Hi Dana,

Thanks for your reply. Here are the answers to your questions.

> It takes about 3-4 days, altho drinking lots of water can help it

It's been over a week now. I didn't think 50 mg was alot, and was

only taking it for about two weeks.

issue. There are other ways to handle that tho, if you want to.

How would I address a viral issue?

>magnesium

Regarding magnesium, is it possible to overdose from taking an epsom

salt bath? I am afraid to do this, although my doctor recommended.

> What about your potassium levels?

They have been normal according to blood tests

Don't want to do that with all this mercury in me!!!:( Darn dentist!

Okay should be fine then.

I used high dose vitamin A protocol. Others here are using Lauricidin or other

products. Not sure if these protocols are

addressing the same viral issues or different issues. Post a new message with

this question as the subject, you will probably get lots

of responses.

Some kids get wildly hyper, which can be too much magnesium or too much phenol

detox.

The most common sign of too much magnesium is diarrhea.

Are you under or over weight? In addition to being pregnant, if I am too thin I

have this problem, but gaining a few pounds has helped.

Just a short note on coconuts:

Coconuts are composed of medium chain fatty acids. (Synthetic or natural

medium-chained fatty acids can be found in Caprylic Acid, Lauridin and

Monolaurin.) They are incorporated into the cell membranes of yeasts and for

sure, the bacteria Streptococcus. This causes the cell membrane to

disintegrate ( don't know why yet :-) but once the cell membrane goes, the

innards die off. Actually the endotoxins can cause many problems and the

only thing I can suggest is to use charcoal to bind with the die-off.

I just did a course on the bacteria clostridia botulins and what was

impressed upon us is that it is NOT the clostridia so much as causes the

problem but the endotoxins which are released. In the case of Clostridia

Botulins, the toxins actually wonder along the para-sympathetic nervous

system network and block the neurotransmittors ie acetylcholine and will

eventually causes death by paralysis Just the die-off from one microgram of

this nasty little bacteria will kill you. If this is what clostridia

botulins can do, then think of what the die-off of other albeit lesser

unfriendly bacteria may cause. Subtle but still noxious! The antidote to

Clostridia Botulins is lots of water and CHARCOAL!

I am just tryingto impress here the importance of dealing with the die-off.

It became very clear to me during this lecture how important it is to soak

up/ bind the toxic die-off to prevent them from plying havoc with teh

nervous system

We did Salmonella the second session. If I hear about any other interesting

nasty bugs, I shall let you all know :-))
