Guest guest Posted October 8, 2005 Report Share Posted October 8, 2005 I know I am late in reading the thread regarding baking flat cookies, but I wanted to share that air bake cookie sheets do not work well with baking GF cookies. I have confirmed this with other celiacs that I know as well as in my own baking. I always get a much better result when using regular nonstick cookie sheets. Just my 2 cents!
