I agree! I even have a song I sing so I don't feel like I'm crazy

talking to myself. ( I like to sing or hum when I feel good, so

verbal expression is typical for me.)

to the tune of " I Feel Pretty " ( Anger Management)

" I feel crappy......

....oh so Crappy...

I feel sh...ty ... un-witty.. and SLOW!!! "
