Guest guest
Oh, I also baked gluten-free bread in my bread machine. But said bread machine has historically been used for gluten-infested breads. Could the pan in the machine, or the machine itself, manage to harbor gluten from previous bread loaves? I cleaned it. I'd surely hate to have to get a new bread machine. Or worse, I'd hate have gluten-free living necessitate the ownership of TWO bread machines - one for gluten, one for not. Thoughts? How tricky is it to totally gluten-rid your automatic home bread baking machine?
