Guest guest
Hi , could you please tell me, what is problematic with Zinc picolinate? Guest guest
i took it for a while, think it did something positive for my brain but started to get very migrainy and someone said it preserved harmful vlcfa's amd i do associate migrainy with some fats like cream and coconut cream so that seems in the right area as an explanation. i seem to have had quantum improvement in the last three months and taking zinc picolinate which i hypothesise seems to load zinc into the brain seems to be one of the improvements migrianes and phenols are another associaton with me. > > > Hi, > > > > > > Can I please get a general idea what people eat to reduce copper? > >

I just rec'd 3 bottles of zinc picolinate yesterday from Puritan.com. I have chronic cerebral symptoms of low zinc : ecze3ma, dandruff, thinning hair, anxiety. This might be just what I need. I noticed that molybdenum 250 mcg. 4 X daily seemed to increase my need for magnesium. I haven't taken Mg in 4 or 5 months because I started taking plant enzymes and seemed to get all I needed from whole grains, potato, etc. Now, in order to reduce copper, I'm going to try adding 200-400 mg. of magnesium (AMNI Amino Mag) along with molybdenum, zinc picolinate, milk thistle, adrenal, B comp., etc. I can feel the detox symptoms, especially if I take 250 X 4 of molybdenum. I have a dream of looking in the mirror someday and seeing a clear face and thick hair again, and feeling more serene too. I'll get a DDI hair test as soon as I can afford it. I haven't worked in 2.5 years and am a little in debt at this time. Joe
