Oie, what a day!-----long

was working overtime today, I'll tell you! The fun started very early today, something like 1am or so? I was woken up by my wonderful GERD, wanted to die. I got up, stumbled into my 'office' and somehow found my Rolaids. Popped them in, crunch crunch, back to bed. Don't do diddly. Snuggle up to hubby, say I'm not feeling good and he wraps his arms around me. Actually I think that did me more good than the damn rolaids.

Fast forward a few hours to 7am. I have gotten very little sleep and so has Alan, I've tried to be a good wife but I didn't feel good and I guess he was worried about me. Anyways, I wake up to Alan moving around aimlessly. He says Phil's shower is leaking(again! It was supposed to be fixed according to our wonderful maintenance men. NOT) Anywho, he grabs a bucket and sticks it under the spot, then lines it with a towel when I inform him that there is NO way I can go back to sleep with that dripping into the bucket. I mumble a few choice words and try and get some more shut eye.

Fast forward again to about an hour and a half later. Don't remember if I went back to sleep or not, but I wake up to a rank smell and without even seeing it I know what it is. I look around carefully cause I don't want to step in it. I find it out in the livingroom----DOG SHIT. Kole pooped in the living room---DISGUSTING. By this time I'm ready to cry. I clean it up and throw the trash bag out onto the porch, there's no way I"m going out there stll in my pj's to the dumpster.

So here it is, 9pm and I'm exhausted. I am going to hit the bed early tonight and hopefully catch up on my sleep. Oh, one more thing to make this day complete. The monthly monster is here.
