She gets $20 a week as my trainer, and she has to keep track of my workouts for me in a journal. If I weigh in with a loss, she gets a $5 bonus. When I wanted to slow down up the steepest hill, she said "Uh uh, I'm gettin' that $5 bonus on Tuesday!" I'm regretting hiring her already. I'll get a break when she goes to volleyball camp at A & M, and then church camp in Wimberley. I weighed in with a turtle on Tuesday night. Hoping for a loss next Tuesday with the additional exercise. We had a GREAT program. One of our members works for Sallie Mae and they have a copy of the $700+ Fish Program video, so she borrowed it for us. I've been to Kay Brown's fish camp and read the book and heard all about the program, so it was really fun to see the actual video. I sure hope some of it will sink in with our negative Nellys in the bitter back row!!!!!!!! I took notes that I hope to get around to posting here.... and I still have to post notes from our last workshop. I haven't forgotten. I just heard the shower go off. I need to get going. is taking her written test to get her drivers' permit today. She mentioned going to the gym this afternoon, but I'd rather walk with you and the girls if y'all are walking tonight, Jackie, so call me if you're going. Just wanted to let you all know that although I haven't posted in the past couple of days, I did finally get a chance to read through all the emails. If makes my heart smile to hear how well everyone is doing. Congrats to all on your successes, whether you've weighed in with a loss, gain, or a turtle.... at least you weighed in!
