Guest guest
HI girls, My DH and I decided we would TTC this year I just had a lap/hys that confirmed a fused uterus and a vaginal septum removed (in case you may not have read one of my earlier posts). Please excuse me if I'm too graphic, but I can't think of any other way to ask... I find that after intercourse the sperm often comes right back out. I joke with my DH saying they are swimming in the wrong direction, but truly wonder if this happens to other women and what you do - if anything - to avoid this. Any advice would be helpful! thanks, Valentina Fused UD, TTC #
Guest guest
>hi valentina, just wanted to let you know that I had heard it is not good to " tip " too far (ie: standing on head, many pillows, or yoga). It is said that this causes the sperm to pool behind the cervix. Don't know how true this is, with good cervical mucus it might not matter. I found that laying on my back with my knees bent works best for about 15-20 minutes, after that most of the sperm are no good (harsh environment in the vagina). best of luck lisa
