Guest guest
hello,my name is maggy and I would like to hear about some of the physical complications associated with ashermans. I am 36 and have noit been officially diagnosed with ashermans but will undergo a procedure (HPG) in 2 days. I have not had a period in 9 months. I had a d & c preformed 8 months ago after finding out that I had a blighted ovum (empty sac). I went to an abotrtion clinic and had a d & c there. At this time , my current ob/gyn had dropped my insurance company so when I found out I was pregnany I was in the process of picked one. This clinic I went to is affiliated with Albert Einstein Hospital in New York. The doctor who performed the procedure has a good reputation. Before this pregnancy I had another d & c, I was miscarring. I currently have 2 sons ages 8 and 10. With all of these complications I have decided to not have anymore children. I was put on provera for 10 days after missing my period the second month and no results. I have been having some cramping every month and wonder If I my cevix is blocked where does the flow go and what kind of complications can result from this. Also, is there anyone who can refer me to a grade " A " doctor in NYCwho is knowledgeable on ashermans? Is the doctor who performed this procedure liable for this unfortunate circumstance? I am worried about this and pray everything will be o.k.. THANKS....MAGGY
