Hello Everyone,

I like many other Administrators are about to go through our annual

summer budget process. Personnel salaries are always an issue in budgets

since it's the largest part of your budget if your a full time service.

I would like for those that can to respond to me off the list to the

following:

1. EMT - Hourly, and Estimated Annual Salary

2. EMT-I- Hourly and Estimated Annual Salary

3. EMT-P/ Certified or Licensed - Hourly or Estimated Annual Salary

4. Billing Manager/Clerks - Hourly or Estimated Annual Salary

5. Shift Supervisor/Paramedic - Hourly or Estimated Annual Salary

6. Operation Manager/ Admin- Hourly, or Estimated Annual Salary

7. EMS Administrators- Hourly or Estimated Annual Salary

8. Peak Crew - Hourly or Estimated Annual Salary and number of hours you run

your peak crew if you have one.

9. Do you have an x number of years where your employees get a bump in

salary?

10. Do you have a hiring bonus or moving allowance for new employees. If you

have a hiring bonus, are there any strings attached? Such as a 1-2 years

contract.

11. Are your Salaries in line with Parity with LE (PD, SO)?

12. Have any of you paid for a consultant on EMS Salaries lately? If so can

you share that with me?

We are a County of approx 32,000 with a call volume of 4,000 calls a year. A

County third service.

Ron,

Ours has not changed from last year. I have budgeted to increase our paramedic

from 31k to 36k. I don't know if it will be approved yet or not.

Ron,
