Guest guest
You may also want to consider using Primal Defense along with the culturelle. I am not chelating at this time, but am giving huge doses of Primal Defense, along with two other types of probiotics. My son is 4. [ ] probiotics--for how long? We are chelating 2 boys, ages 5 and 6 with DMSA/LA and having some yeast issues. Currently they are getting 2 culturelle/day or about 40 billion active probiotics. We are also giving 3 drops/day of grapefruit seed extract. For those of you who have used larger doses (up to 100 billion active probiotics) how long do you need to stay at that dose before you can reduce down to a maintainace dose? I am trying to figure out how much I need to order and for how long. We are looking at probably 2 more years of chelation. Thanks.

GSE can aggravate bacteria problems if you give it when there is no yeast. Are you sure the yeast is still there, or can it be gone and they have bacteria now instead? http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm Dana
Guest guest
Hi Dana, What we have is awful, discusting, loose bms, along with giggling half the night mixed with being irritable and screamy. Does that sound like yeast or bacteria? We have discontinued the GSE and I am calling in an order today for more stuff to try--probiotics and yeast control from Kirkmans for one. --- In , " danaatty " <danaatty@y...> . > > > GSE can aggravate bacteria problems if you give it when there is no > yeast.
