Guest guest
Hi Val, Many of these women have offered me much encouragement already! My UU was discovered in '98, and as most, it was a complete shock to me. I was devastated, felt sorry for my hubby, etc. for a good two weeks. The messages, stories, and pictures I've seen through this group have greatly helped. (There used to be a UU group when I first found out, but it doesn't appear very active any longer.) Anyway, after 7 long years of ttc (couldn't afford fertility treatment), we got pregnant earlier this year. (Although, I had to take a few years off of " really " trying due to the emotional effects it had on me.) Unfortunately, I lost it, but I am now pregnant again (only 5 1/2 weeks), once again naturally. I hope your IVP goes well and they find 2 kidneys. I know you will find much knowledge and support from these wonderful, courageous ladies! Good luck, /UU > Hi my name is Val, I'm 39 y.o. ttc and just recently had an HSG exam where they discovered I have a left UU. > I have an IVP exam scheduled for Jan. to see if I have 2 kidneys. Guest guest
-Hi - Thank you for the kind response. I'm so happy for your pregnancy. I'm going " keep the faith " and hope even though my uterus may be half the normal size my doctor said I can still carry a baby! I hope I have two kidneys too! I will post it when I get the results! May I ask what side is your UU on? Mine is the left side! Not sure if that matters just curious. Good Luck with your pregnancy!
