There might be a filler in the DMSA that is causing a problem.

For my son, I tried switching brands of ALA and then he started

picking his nose and making it bleed. When I switched back to

the old brand the picking and bleeding went away. Maybe you

could try another brand.

For nosebleeds I give my daughter Rutin (just when she has them, not on an

ongoing basis).

Friday - nothing good or bad all day. Nosebleed in the middle of

the night.

Saturday - nothing good or bad again. Nosebleed and also woke up

for 2.5 hours in the middle of the night.
