Guest guest
Glad you fared pretty well. Ivan is now a Cat 5 and headed directly for the west side of Miami. I hate to wish this on anyone else but I'm hoping it turns to the West a bit more!!! Florida and GA can't take anymore. tub LOL--I just got in from doing my daily exercises in the jacuzzi. It's pouring and the cool hard rain coming down like a shower when I was in the tub is soooo neat! (maybe my parents were right, LOL...I don't have the sense to come in out of the rain, LOL) I know I maybe shouldn't be in the tub with the cystitis, but I'm having the pain anyway and seeing the NP tomorrow, so what the heck. We had alot of wind and rain last night (Frances' tail) and the trees around the house are Oak and the acorns are falling anyway....sounded like we were being bombed! So when I went out today I was surprised there wasn't more damage....the fish are OK (once we had a bad hail storm and some of them must have thought it was feeding time when it started and were killed), and mostly just small branches , leaves and a ton of acorns are down. A couple of things on the porch knocked over, but nothing major. Has anyone heard anything about Ivan? Guest guest
Looks like it's coming up just off the gulf coast from what I saw on the news last night, and that they expect it to be down to a category 3. I learned my lesson about hot tubs in the rain, LOL....as neat as it feels, I need to put the umbrella over it. The rain washes over the trees before it hits the tub and on Thursday evening I had a hell of a clean up job. I opened the tub and the water was hideous. It cleared by Friday afternoon, thanks to chemicals, LOL I'm on Bactrim DS for the UTI thing, just took my second dose. Kathy tub LOL--I just got in from doing my daily exercises in the jacuzzi. Guest guest
They sure can...it's loud usually, but with the windstorm they sounded like bombs hitting the roof. Kathy RE: tub It's pouring and the cool hard rain coming down like a shower when I was in the tub is soooo neat! That sounds so relaxing. We're getting the acorns falling on the roof also, they sure can get loud.
