Hi DonnaI'm so glad you understand. I love the way you call it the MonSter. And all the other names. I'll have to remember it. Yes, the only way to survive is to make fun of things, well, sometimes it's more difficult that other times. I even have fun when I'm in a lot of pain, oh, and can they jump around. I would moan and my mom would ask very sweet what's wrong, My back, then 2 minutes later I moan again. Still your back, sweetie? No, my head. Two minutes later I moan again. Shame, your head, no mom, it's my foot. Hey mom, you really have to try and stay on it. LOL So you can imagine how it goes in this house. We laugh about everything. She had a cataract operation Saturday, everything went well and she's fine. But the 2 of us had severe panic attacks. She wanted to run all over the place and I

wanted to lie down anywhere I could. So you can just think how silly that looked. While she was running, couldn't keep still, I was lying with my head on the table, on the chair; you name it.Thanks for letting me feel right at home. Maybe I will be able to just be me. --lauramosselbay Oh !!!! You have sooooooo come to the right place!!! Well, at least for me... because I have a very very strange sense of humor.. Doctors look at me like I'm completely and totally out of my mind.. when I tell them about a symptom.. while chuckling... Other people think I've lost my mind as well.. but it's the sense of humor one must develop to be able to cope with the MonSter.. because if we couldn't laugh at some of the things that happen when having Mysterious Symptoms then we wouldn't bother to get out of bed in the

morning.. We are silly and crazy.. and sometimes serious.. but always always caring! You have creepy crawly ants.. I have phantom itches... I've never been graceful, and have had mysterious pains throughout my life as well.. though was not even suspected MS until I told the doctor that I was pretty sure I have it... she chuckled.. but ordered the MRI anyway.. and wasn't chuckling anymore when the results came. I call the bathroom thing.. the "Hurry the hell up... and wait".. syndrome.. Yup.. I'm with you on the math as well.. I'd be hard pressed to tell you that 2 plus 2 wasn't 17.. I don't think you'll find anyone annoyed with antics in here... Welcome aboard. HUGS |)onna Breytenbach wrote: > > > Hi , Londa and everyone else. > Thank you for welcoming me in your group. Yes, it is Akiba. Tamed them? THIS group? Not hardly! And more often then not MS is the last thing we talk about, we laugh, share, cry, offer prayers, ask for prayers, and generally support each other in any and every way possible. Dear -I'm so glad you joined us! Wow, diagnosed at 13. I have had symptoms since I was younger than that but no doctor took me seriously until I was nearly 50. lolhugs)) SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Hi , Londa and everyone else.Thank you for welcoming me in your group. I appreciate it. I must say I'm really very nervous. I am 37 years old, were diagnosed with MS at the age of 13 (1985). So it's been a long walk with MS for me. I am still doing great, never been in a wheel chair or been completely blind, but at some time or another I've experienced most of the symptoms. I had chronic back pain in the beginning, but later it spread to my entire body. The few symptoms I have 24/7 without any break, are back pain, wrists and fingers that pain and go floppy sometimes, going to the bathroom several times for nothing, no coordination, dizziness and oh yes, my personal favorite: my creepy crawly ants. If some of you out there have

no idea what that is, well, be grateful, you don't want them. Oh, and the other symptom is my 1/2 brain cell that I still have left, that I can't find, but then again MS can't find it either. LOL I was very good with Maths and Accounting in school, but now I need a calculator just to figure out how many great grand children my mom has. So, what brain. I think that's more than enough for all of you to take. And probably also the first and last time you will have me serious. I usually get in trouble for being silly. I discovered that being cheerful and have a stupid sense of humor is what got me through all the bad times. So I hope I don't annoy anyone.Your friendFrom:
