Question about coffee enemas

Hi Patty and all,

I have a couple questions re coffee enemas. Most importantly, among my

other health problems I have a large fibroid in my uturus which I am

hoping to shrink naturally... I understand that drinking caffeine is a

potential cause of increasing the size of the fibroid. However, I had

planned to do cofee enemas for general detox for my other

(neurological) problems, but I wonder if these coffee enemas could

actually be bad for the fibroid--as perhaps the coffee from the enema

could add to increasing the size of the fibroid? Any thoughts?

Second, assuming I am OK to do coffee enemas, can you tell me about how

many inches to insert the tube--I have heard everything from 3 " to 10 " ,

so am not sure how far to insert.

I have not heard anything about fibroids as related to coffee enemas,

and my initial response is to assume that there would be no effect,

but I don't know for sure. I do know that the effect of the caffeine

from a coffee enema is not at all like the effect from drinking it.

As for insertion of the tube, I just put it in far enough to get the

coffee flowing and that's it. If I have to pick one of your numbers,

I'd say 3 inches, but I doubt it is even that far.

I lay on my back as I insert it, and when it has emptied, roll over

onto my right side.
