I haven't been able to follow posts for about a month now and was wondering how to take the yeast. I seem to recall the dose was 2TBSP. Can I take that 2TBSP all at once or do I need to divide that up into 1TBSP twice a day? Has anyone tried putting it in the egg drink w/out the stevia? Thanks for your help! Blessings, Chanon Hello Chanon, The last I saw Bee post on taking Nutritional Yeast Flakes was 1 tablespoon 2X a day in warm water. She said it dissolves better in warm water. Hope this helps. :-) Debra NW

I put 2 tablespoons in a glass and I shake my powdered magnesium out of the capsules on top, add warm to hot water, stir well. Then I add a little cold water, put the eggshell calcium in my mouth right off the spoon, and I drink it. > > Has anyone tried putting it in the egg drink w/out the stevia? ==>I tried it, but I didn't like how it changed the taste of the egg drink, so I take it separately. Guest guest
*** Hi Doris: No, Brewer's Yeast is NOT the same thing as Nutritional Yeast Flakes. I get my Nutrional Yeast Flakes from my food coop's bulk bin. We carry " Red Star " brand which is very good. You could ask your purveyor to carry them or google it online. The dosage is 2 Tablespoons per day. I just stir mine in a glass of water and use this to take supplements. I would be giving him? +++Hi Doris. Like Marissa wrote Red Star has nutritional yeast " flakes " that are the right ones to take. No, it isn't the same as brewers yeast. Other brands include Frontier and Bernard Jensen's. My health store back in Calgary also has Red Star in their bulk bins. Bee

Guest guest
JOanne, You are doing awesome! You know your body, and I'm so glad you are able to work full time again and live well. Sounds like life is good! I'm so happy for you! Eventually the rest of those symptoms will go away in time and with the right diet, I have no doubt. I know you've struggled for a long time, but you are finding the answers you need, it sounds like. Guest guest
> > Hi all, > Can I take these without a meal? I know Bee has said numerous times that all vitamins and nutrients work together but I usually take these separate as I seem to get a flush more often this way. Is this okay? +++Hi , yes you can if you wish. Bee
