Guest guest
Hi Jen, Wow! Isn't that wonderful that you got pregnant before an IVF cycle! I hear they are prohibitively expensive. Although, many probably share the feelings that I have had for many years -- I would get in debt up to my neck for a chance at having a child. I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE FOR TAKING THE TIME TO REPLY WITH THEIR STORIES AND KNOWLEDGE. It has helped me tremendously in calming down. My husband keeps saying " just don't think about it " . Sure! haha I did post an update, but I did so under a reply to the thread. Silly considering all the posts in the group. I'm glad the group is so active, but also sad that so many of us have to go through such heartache and worry. Your cramping sounds just like mine. Also on my left, good side. From the US yesterday, the tech and my GP said it looks like a (TINY!) little gestational sack is interuterine, but can't tell if there is anything in the sack. My GP said it also looks like I have a cyst, but it's bleeding? (Not sure if that's good.) I kind of fibbed today to get another, more powerful US at the local hospital! Awww! They were recommending another one in two weeks anyway, but I also want reassurance that there is no ectopic pregnancy. The tech (not sure what she knows?) said that it is possible to have an ectopic along with a " regular, normal " pregnancy. My hcg levels from the serum test indicates I'm at 4-5 weeks. Which, I suppose, is normal. I know I'm at 5, but I guess there is variance in levels, maybe I ovulated later than I thought, etc. Your gyno sounds like a jerk also! I don't say that often about people, but it seems that a lot of medical people in that field do just want to hear and deal with the " normal, happy " pregnancies. I will be sure to keep you and your little one and everyone else and their little miracles in my thoughts and prayers. > , > > I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I'll try to keep my message > short.
