Guest guest
What a wonderful memory you have about me picking up my baby. Yes, the weather was kind of icky but, knowing I was going to pick up that little bundle of joy, made the day go fast. You are SOOOOOOOOOO sweet to think of that. It means a lot to me. You gave me good goose bumps. Love You Trudy That what it did for me to! It's the great thing about sticking with a support group no matter what! I was sad to have to be away for so long when my puter went down and I got sick again I missed everyone very much. I dont get to go out alot because of my condition and also because of all the kids so I count all of you guys as my friends. My only other one lives about a thousand miles from me now so she is an internet friend now as well.I think the best part of these people is that you can talk about what ever you need to without anyone getting cranky. I did get some sad news today. The judge called us personaly today to appologize for having to reschedule our court date for another month as well as to let us know that the mom of baby Keyone has thrown out name number 7 for his dad and he is in jail but supposedly his sister wants to take the baby. Apparently they dont care that this would split the boys up and that we have had Keyone for 16 months now and he would be devestated to leave us. Oh well, I guess I just get to pray very hard. This also means that the case worker is going to want to come and take the boys out to the prison to see their mom and that upsets Freddie horribly. He got caught stealing the same day we took them last time. Anyway, and of you out there that pray, please pray for our kids. They need to stay here. Not just because we want them, but because they love us to! whew, didn't mean for this to get so long! a C

Guest guest
a C., Just read your post to Trudy about Keyone. Not again?!? When will the courts get it that "the best interests of the child" are not constant attempts at reconciliation? These poor kids are put through so much emotional trauma before they are even old enough to understand what's up. I've lost two of my special needs kids to their emotional and mental troubles from that constant moving around nonsense. They are now adults with no firm base inside themselves from which to confront the world. One is in a mental facility which will soon turn him loose to fend for himself, and the other is endangering not only herself but her two young children as well, mostly by making incomprehensibly stupid life decisions. It's heartbreaking to watch, and even more to have these things break up our own family so that we cannot help them. All because these kids were dragged from pillar to post by the system set up to help them in the first place. Well, you know I can go on and on and on about this subject...LOL. I get my Irish up every time I think about it. You take care, prayers are going up...you didn't have to ask for them as they are already in my prayers every day. Loving hugs, MM
