Guest guest Posted July 29, 2003 Report Share Posted July 29, 2003 Hi Has anyone's child not been controlled with Tegretol but did well on Trileptal.? My daughter brittany had 9 seizures on Friday. Her Epival and Tegretol were both in therapeutic range. They want to try her on Trileptal ( newly approved in canada) They are of the same family so I question why Trileptal may work when the Tegretol did not.
