Thanks also for the tip of adding things very gradually. I kind of thought you could do add a grain and a fruit per day per week (up to three). Now I will wait several weeks until I add my second serving. I am excited about my Kashi on Friday morning - I was getting mighty tired of omelets and or cottage cheese for breakfast.
