We did inj/IUI after my 2nd resection, but got pg on the 6th cycle.

My pg was completely uneventful and I had a vaginal delivery after

going into labor 1 day before my edd.

have an ob that you trust to get you through any doubts you have.

I just had my resected in Jan and now DH and I are excited to try. I know

how you feel. I had three m/c before my diagnosis and 2 were septum related.

It took me the two months to feel this way. I felt relieved to have the

operation. You will feel excited just give yourself time to adjust. - Liz
