Hi,

Sorry for the blanket mass email.

I am officially unemployed.

I took 3 days vacation last week, and returned to work yesterday, only

to be told that I was being terminated due to financial reasons.

The last month or so was pretty stressful. The deparment manager was

let go a few weeks ago, then the purchasing admin, then another

co-worker on Friday, and me on Monday.

I worked at Evergreen for 6 1/2 years.

I am looking at it in a positive manner, however. I was already looking

for a job in Portland, due to it being such a long commute for Mike to

work. Now I can focus on getting a job.

Anyhoo, the computer I was using belonged to Evergreen, so I've finished

deleting all my personal stuff off it, and am now sharing Mike's laptop.

At least Chase will have an enjoyable rest of his summer before school

starts. I don't know how long it will take, but we will be moving out

of McMinnville as soon as we can.
