Hi,

I know a lot of us deal with gaining weight due to fatigue.Somedays I

don't even feel like getting out of bed.I have, however, recently lost about

10 pounds.I feel much better.I wasn't overweight,but I did gain up in the

past 6 months.I went from 135 to 125 lbs.This is how I did it.

For breakfast I eat only Raisin Bran.It is so high in fiber it really is

great.

For lunch I mostly eat salad and baked potato.Occasionally,I treat myself to

a grilled chicken sandwich.Here's the catch:no mayo!

For evening(usually about 5:00pm)(never after 7:00)I eat mostly

veggies.Cooked carrots are great,cabbage,broccoli,english peas,etc...

I also drink at LEAST a gallon of water every day.

For snacks I have carrot sticks, raw broccoli, fresh fruit, and my fav

snack:Yogurt(the fat free kind of course)I get the yummy flavors like

caramel, orange, cherry cheesecake(this almost feels like cheating, they are so

good)

This diet may not be helpful to anyone but me.I wanted to share it anyway.I

hope someone else can benefit from this as well.I lost these 10 pounds in 3

weeks.(Not kidding)

If anybody wants to know anything else, just e-mail me.I will be gald to

answer questions.

Hugs to you all:)

Sara
