Trudy,

Thanks I needed to hear that. You maybe right about not

getting outside enough. It has been awhile since I was able to get

outside just to be outside for a time. I know what you mean about

having to be covered up but still be able to go outside. Most of my

neighbors thought I was nuts this summer. Here I am 90 degrees

outside and I've got this big brimmed hat on, long sleeves, and pants

on. One neighbor asked if I wasn't too hot. I told them yeah but when

you live with Lupus it's either being to hot or being sick. She said

that I oviously chose to be hot over being sick. She hadn't thought

of it that way. Now she is one of my closest friends and she also

finds me new hats to wear.

As for the stress, I had it big time last night at that

meeting. I just hate when someone drops the ball on a project/job.

I myself give 110% all the time especially to my girl scout troop.

The girls are awesome and deserve it too. You should see their faces

when they earn a new patch or learn something new. So, I guess to me

it was like this parent didn't think of al that.

Thanks for listening :-)

Why Wait? Move to EarthLink.

You are so very welcome sweetie and, I bet the nerves are getting to you big time over that ordeal on the girlscouts. I bet you have a blast with the girls. Just reading the little bit from you, you love kids of all sizes and, colors. Keep up the good work and, they will find out who are the best. YOU!!!

When I am able to go to the park and, walk when the weather is warm, people looked at me and, would say snide remarks behind my back for me covering from head to toe. I use to just ignore it but, not now. I just tell them to ask me why I am dressed that way instead of their nasty remarks or funny looks. The regulars know me now and, understand.

I rarely see a ad on TV about our disease and, the only time I have seen one was around 2:00 in the morning. Who in the heck is going to see that in the middle of the night??

One day people will start taking notice of us and, learn why we have to do the things we do.

In the meantime, take care of yourself and, let us all know the outcome of the girlscout thing. Did you ever get the pictures I sent you of my Brenna???

Love and, Hugs Trudy
