Guest guest
Hi all I've heard there is such a thing as diabetic socks. I've done a google search and come up with several web sites, but each site has so many choices I can't decide. I was hoping maybe some of you have specific recommendations. I need socks that do not bind at all. I don't want the kind that come clear up to the knee, but I don't want just footies either. Something that comes just a little above the ankle would be nice. I also want the kind with no seams and made out of a material that wicks moisture away from the foot. Most of all, because I often have wounds that need gauze dressing, I need socks that are large enough to fit over these dressings but still fit my feet when I am not wearing dressings. Any suggestions would be helpful. One of the things that bothers me most about socks is when I remove them and the imprint of them is still on my feet, so I guess I'd have to say non-binding is the most important feature.
