I know the feeling well, my child who liked to read, but, had to be coaxed into it to actually do it on free time decided to read Harry Potter. He is now reading his 4th one and enjoying them immensely. I know the reading level is above him (he is in 4th grade) and I know from listening to Carol Flexor how important reading is, so, I almost cry when I see him reading those books!
