Marijke,

It might help to think of ALL MA's on a continuum, rather than each fitting

into it's own little box. There are varying degrees of severity for each MA.

So, it's entirely possible that while you do have an MA the docs are willing

to call a UU, you can still have a uterus that is close in size to normal. I

don't know how large, or small for that matter, mine is. Either it's not that

bad or it's very stretchy since I carried my son to 38 weeks with little

problems, but during my C-section, the OB said it is most definitely a UU. I

think

you can relax and trust your doctor on this one. I hope all your tests come

back OK and the IVF finally works! Best wishes!

abnormal in shape. I only have a tube on the left but I have both

ovaries and both kidneys. I am probably going to do IVF this

summer. My re says that he will only transfer one embie. I dont

understand if my uterus is normal size why not two. So confusing.

Anyway I just wanted to write and see how you are and if you had

gotten any more info about normal sized uu.
