There have been no links anywhere that have been connected with mad cow disease and dural grafts. There have been some *extremely* remote links with s Creutzfeldt disease in FROZEN HUMAN CADAVER grafts,((like mine)) but not with bovine grafts. No human in the US has ever acquired " mad cow disease " . Also, synthetics grafts are rarely rejected. Yes, it has happened, but it's uncommon. Synthetic grafts should not to be feared.
