Guest guest
I have an ice cream maker and it is basically just nonfat milk, some vanilla, and eggs. You can add strawberries too. I don't have the recipe right now since my machine is in the attic but I am sure you could find a recipe online fast enough. Ice Cream? I have an ice cream maker that I've never used. Does anyone have a recipe for SBD compliant ice cream? On Atkins they have recipes using cream but I didn't know if it would work to substitute FF half & half. Any thoughts? from MNReminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. The South Beach Diet teaches you to rely on the right carbs and the right fats-the good ones - and enables you to live quite happily without the bad carbs and bad fats.
