Guest guest Posted February 26, 2004 Report Share Posted February 26, 2004 Grazia, I had about 5 days of spotting/light bleeding and a very heavy A/F about 2 weeks after the surgery. Who knew how much blood was in there!! I read online (don't remember where) that if you have some bleeding in the days after the resection that is how the RE tells if they resected the whole SU and hit the fundus. My RE said that to us too. If you bleed more that 1 pad an hr call your RE. Plus if they give you estrogen and progesterone that builds up your lining.
