Guest guest
Hi Lynn... There are in fact a few things called Body For Life.. One of them involves a diet and another involves what I do which is an excercise plan.. Not sure how many other things there are out there with regards to the program.. How the concept of it is to eat right and excercise.. The Body for Life excercise part involves doing a challenge which last 13 weeks.. You will work out 3 to 4 times and week to your total workouts in the 13 weeks will amount to 52 plus workouts.. I did 3 challenges and worked out 5 times a week.. Each challenge is very different.. but involves the use of weights.. They also encourage you to to do cardio work on your between days.. Obviously I had to double up some days to get both workouts in... and keep my pace up.. My first challenge was strengthening my major muscle groups.. Second challenge was now working on some of my smaller muscle groups and my third challenge involved endurance training.. With endurance insted of doing single sets you do two different sets one right after another and take a one minute break and then go at it again.. These are more commonly refered to as supersets.. --- Lynne Underwood wrote: > At 08:45 AM 5/10/2005 -0700, you wrote: > > >Hi Darlene... > can you explain body fro life.....looked it up > on the net ,but theres > 100s of things titled BFL > > > Just hanging out at the beach and playing in the sandbox...http://www3.sympatico.ca/kdworkin/mycover.jpg Yahoo!
