Guest guest Posted August 17, 2008 Report Share Posted August 17, 2008 My explant is scheduled for Sept 5th - unfortunately in my home town as most doctors out of network are not fully covered by my insurance and most are more than I can afford. For those who had a mastectomy, I was hoping you could tell me what to possibly expect as far as healing. The doctor said he would make a small incision to take out implants and capsules. I know everyone is different when it comes to the healing process, but how long did it take for your muscles and tissue to heal. Do you have any issues with sagging of tissues? Any advice you can give would be very helpful. Also, I am overwhelmed by the different detox plans! What helped those of you here? Thank you so much!
