I got fed up last week & sent her home on the first available flight. Mom is doing ok I guess. The boyfriend kicked her out & she is living with her boss. I think she wanted to live here but I'm not having it. Also, she still has not gone back for her repeat mamogram & I have quit wasting my breath on her. His partner in his practice was his son who was a plastic surgeon so he may have done the closings...I just don' know. I do know that those scars are barely visible. I wish I had told my orthopedist not to use clamps on my knees....of course, it never came to mind. I have scars that are almost 1/2" wide in places. Even a large wart that was cut off (freezing didn't work) left a dime size keloid). My body wouldn't be too hard to identify considering all the scars I have all over my body (including matching scars on each hip from bone grafts taken from there for my arm). How is your knee doing? I've been out of the loop for so much this summer that I know this is probably an old question and I'm hoping that it is really old news.
