4 electrodes

The only thing I have to offer is that there is some debate as to whether

multiple electrodes are more beneficial than one. Since I've never actually

met someone with a single electrode device, I can't say one way or the other

if this is so or not, but I offer the info for your reading pleasure

(actually it's pretty technical and I never made it all the way through it).

I do know that for some of the speech processing strategies, only 8 of the

electrodes are used (I think ACE uses only 8).
